Girls in CTF is a community-driven initiative to encourage women and non-binary individuals to explore cybersecurity through Capture The Flag competitions.
Since 2023, we've grown from a small experiment to an annual event with global participation.
Our mission is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone can learn and grow.
The first Girls in CTF, an experiment by RE:HACK, was held in December 2023. The CTF consisted of different categories, ranging from Web to Reverse Engineering, from easy to hard difficulty. The prizes for the first GCTF were sponsored by PETRONAS and some anonymous individuals.
